Martha (Lepp Mulligan) Winslow, 81, died Aug. 4, 2019, after a period of declining health.

Born in Pittsfield, Mass,. she resided in Goffstown and New Castle for many years.

Martha was employed as a psychiatric nurse with Greater Manchester Mental Health Center for close to 24 years. She earned her nursing degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

She loved to entertain and was known for her wonderful cooking and the joy she brought in bringing together friends and family. Martha never lost touch with her Pi Phi sorority sisters.

She was an active member of New Castle Congregational Church.

Martha was predeceased by her husbands, Dr. John Mulligan and Russell Winslow. In addition, she was predeceased by her brother, Bill Lepp.

Family members include seven stepchildren and their spouses, Sean Mulligan and Colleen Gregory of Laconia, Moira Mulligan and John Steele of Burlington, Vt., Sunny Mulligan Shea and Pat Shea of Goffstown, Tom Mulligan and Ruth Collier Mulligan of Goffstown, Aileesh Mulligan of Goffstown, Hal Winslow and Maria vanKalken of Marblehead, Mass., Andy and Sara Winslow of Stratham; seven grandchildren, John, Devon, Rose, Mark, Peter, Joseph and Jacob; two siblings, Elizabeth and her husband David Robertson, and Robert and his wife Doris Lepp, all of Pennsylvania; and nieces and nephews.


SERVICES: Visitation is Sunday, Aug. 11, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in French and Rising Funeral Home 17 S. Mast St., Goffstown. A memorial service will follow at 3:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Oceanside Cemetery of New Castle at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 12.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to New Hampshire Alzheimer's Association, 166 S. River Road, #210, Bedford, N.H. 03110.
